Athisayam Theme Park is located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Athisayam theme park was started in the year of 2000. There are more than 50 rides in the athisayam theme park. It is one of the largest theme parks available in Tamil Nadu and it is the largest theme park in that particular region.

Though you cannot expect a big and modern theme parks located in Metropolitan cities, Athisayam theme park is one of the theme parks which you can visit to entertain your kids when you visit Madurai.

You have regular rides and water rides also. It spreads across several acres of land in Madurai. They claim it as "Queen of Indian Theme Parks" in their website. There is a Madurai courtallam located inside Athisayam theme park. That falls was constructed to enable you to enjoy courtallam inside the theme park itself. Waterfall and wave pool are open only in specified time.

They have allotted acres of land for car parking. So, there is no need to worry about car and bike parking.

For adults - 600 INR
For kids - 400 INR. This ticket rate is applicable for kids below 130 cms in height.

Change Rooms:

Athisayam Theme Park has good number of change rooms for changing dresses. Even safe vaults are also available. There is a minimum charge for availing locker facility. You can keep your valuable items in the locker which is exclusively assigned to you.

Entrance shower, Sindhubath, Multiplay Water play system, Octopus, Jumping Frog, Baby train, Madurai Courtallam, Wave pool, Crazy River slide, Lazy river, Umbrella slide.

Athisayam Theme Park - Overall Thought:

Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple is the main attraction of Madurai. Kodaikanal is one of the nearest prominent hill station to which you can plan a visit during your tour to Madurai. If you want to entertain your kids, Athisayam theme park is the only better theme park available in Madurai. There is no other big theme park available in Madurai and even in nearby districts like Tuticorirn, Tirunelveli, Virudhunagar etc.
