1. Visit the my tata sky login page.

You can go to mytatasky login through 2 ways. One is by directly visiting the  mytatasky login page link - https://www.mytatasky.com/web/portal/home/-/portal/login/.

Other option is going to Tatasky website http://www.tatasky.com/wps/portal/TataSky/footerpages/abouttatasky and clicking on the 'My Account' button which is found in the top right corner of the page.

2. You have to enter either mobile number or tata sky subscriber id to login into the mytatasky portal.

Subscriber id - If you do not remember it, you can find it easily by following the below simple and easy steps.

1. Take your tata sky remote at home.

2. Switch on the tv and tata sky set top box.

3. Press the 'Home' button in the remote.

You can find your tatasky subscriber id on your tv. Enter the same in the 'Subscriber id' field.

Mobile Number - You have to enter your registered mobile number. The mobile number you give in this field should match with the mobile number you have given for the Tata sky records. 

3. Enter the password to login to your mytatasky account.

4. Once you are done with mytatasky login, you will see the home page of your account.

5. Click on the button 'Recharge' in the www.tatasky.com menu bar.

Online Recharge:

1. Get the tata sky recharge voucher and scratch the security foil on the reverse of the card to reveal a unique voucher PIN.

2. Enter the 16 digit recharge tata sky recharge voucher PIN in the 'Recharge Voucher PIN' field and click on 'Recharge' button.

3. Please leave the digicomp on 'power on' mode when you recharge.

1. Helpline:

3. Recharge using your mobile:

You can recharge using your mobile with the following ways - Atom mobile application, Vodafone M Shop or Oxigen wallet.

4. Auto debit facility:

You have to authorize Tata Sky to debit your bank account/credit card for a fixed amount of Rs 500 each time your Tata Sky account balance reaches Rs 200. You have to download the auto debit form and fill it. Then you have to mail the document to the address given in the the www.tatasky.com. Check the details about this auto debit facility here.

5. Recharge through SMS:

This type of recharge facility is available only for ICICI Bank Savings Account customers. Type an SMS in the prescribed format and send to 9222208888.

1. Click on the 'Forgot Password' link.

2. Enter your subscriber id or registered mobile number.

3. Enter verification text that is shown in the page.

4. Click on 'Submit' button.

You will get mail to reset password.

1. Visit the page - https://www.mytatasky.com/UserRegistration/jsp/html/index.jsf.

2. Enter the subscriber id.

You can find your tatasky subscriber id on your tv. Enter the same in the 'Subscriber id' field.

3. Enter the password. It must be between 6 - 8 characters. No spaces should be used.

4. Enter the password again in the 'Confirm Password' field.

5. Enter your email id. This email id will be used to activate your account. Also, special offers and promotional emails from Tata sky will come to this mail id. So, enter it correctly and give the one which you use regularly.

6. Enter the mobile number.

Mobile Number - You have to enter your registered mobile number. The mobile number you give in this field should match with the mobile number you have given for the Tata sky records. 

7. Read the terms and conditions mentioned.

8. Click on Agree button if you are okay with the terms and conditions and would like to proceed with the registration.

9. Click on 'Submit' button.

You will get mail for account activation in the mail id you have given. Please follow the steps mentioned in the mail.
