How to search by Khatian number/Plot number?

• Select district.
• Select Block.
• Select Mouza.
• Then click on 'Search by Khatian' or 'Search by Plot) option.
• Enter the respective number.
• Click on Submit button to see the result. If the response is 'No Record Found', then  "No Record Found" message will be displayed which means the record is either not available or invalid entry.

If the Khatian number is in the format of xxxx/xx. Then enter the first portion of Khatian number, that is the digits before the slash in the field before slash. Enter the second portion that is available after the slash in the second text field after the slash.

For example, if the Khatian number is 1234/56, then enter 1234 in the first text field before slash and enter 56 in the second text field after the slash.

If the plot number is in the format of xxxx/xx. Then enter the first portion of the plot number, that is the digits before the slash in the field before slash. Enter the second portion that is available after the slash in the second text field after the slash.

For example, if the plot number is 1234/56, then enter 1234 in the first text field and enter 56 in the second text field.

If the khatian number or plot number does not have slash in the format, then the numbers should have to be entered in the first field, that is before the slash.
