Instead of visiting the office and paying through directly, we can follow simple steps and make payment via online. This is highly useful, reliable and avoid time-consuming process

We need to follow the below simple steps to make our lives easy.

There are various payment methods such as company’s website, company’s partner site BillDesk and other payment gateways or wallets.

Each method is explained with screenshots and link to access the website.

Bescom Online Payment - Online payment methods:

Bescom online portal gives you the following options once you do BESCOM online payment login.

• Account Summary  and View /Pay Bill
• Consumption History
• Consumption Calculator

Bescom Online Payment through BESCOM Portal:

There are 2 options available for paying your BESCOM bill in their online portal.

Both the details have been explained in details in the next section.

1) Quick Payment:

• User needs to click on “Online Payment”. 
• No Registration is required. 
• Registered Users can also avail this Facility.

2) Registered Users: 

The User to click on Account Summary -> Pay Bill. Select the Account ID and proceed

A Printable Acknowledgement will be available on completion of Payment.
To view history of BESCOM bill payments, visit My Account -> Billing and Payment History.

Bescom Online Payment Login:

1. Visit https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/Myhome.aspx
2. Enter your user id and password if you are a registered user. If you are a new user, click on the link 'Click here to register' and provide your 10 digit account id.
3. Click on 'Pay Bill' option.
4. Enter the details and agree to the terms if desired.
5. Click on 'Make Payment' button.

Bescom Online Payment through BESCOM R-APDRP Portal - Quick Payment method without registration:

This is company website for bill payment.

1. Enter Account ID(Account id is generated by system. It is unique id mapped to the RR Number). You can find this in electricity bills. RR No. is the power supply connection number that is painted on the meter board. You can also find RR No in the monthly Electricity Bills. 
2. Enter the captcha and click on 'Submit' button.
3. The bill amount will be displayed and we can continue the payment through debit or credit card

Possible Reason - User is idle for a long time (20 minutes)


Error:
No Bill details available
Possible Reason - Bill Details unavailable for the particular user for the specified inputs


Error:

An application error has occurred. Please contact Customer Care or try later
Possible Reason - Application Services having network problems

Error:
The page cannot be displayed
Possible Reason - Services are not hosted


Error:

Server error in /Web application. The resource cannot be found (HTTP 404)
Possible Reason -  The particular requested page is not present

Error:

The webpage cannot be found (HTTP 400)
Possible Reason - The website address is typed incorrectly

Error:
Internet explorer cannot read the webpage format (HTTP 406)
Possible Reason - IE is able to receive information from website but cannot display due to formatting issues.


Error:
The website is too busy to show the webpage (HTTP 408 or 409)
Possible Reason - Many people are requesting the same webpage at a time. Try later

Error:
The website cannot display the page (HTTP 500)

Possible Reason - Can happen due to website maintenance

BESCOM has tied up with the BillDesk to offer you a simple, convenient and secure way to pay your electricity bills from the comfort of your home or office. 

You can now make your bill payments for FREE over the Internet or simply by setting up AutoPay instructions for payment through your bank account.

For new users click on register and finish the registration process.

Already logged in users can click on desired payment gateway and proceed with payment.

For instance, HDFC and IDBI banks have a tie-up with BillDesk and we can easily pay the bill through them.

3. Enter Consumer id/Account id as mentioned in your bill.
4. Click on 'Proceed' button to pay your bill with wallet, debit card, credit card and net baking.
